5. Reporting Violations

- In-app reporting β Use the report feature available on job listings, profiles, messages, and reviews to flag content directly within the Platform.
- Email β Send a detailed description of the violation, including any relevant screenshots or links, to prohireclub@gmail.com.
We review all reports and will respond as promptly as circumstances allow. Reports are handled confidentially, and we do not tolerate retaliation against users who report violations in good faith.
6. Consequences of Violations
ProHire reserves the right to take any of the following actions, at our sole discretion, in response to violations of this Policy:
- Warning β A formal notice advising you of the violation and requesting that you cease the prohibited behaviour.

- Temporary suspension β Suspension of your account for a defined period, during which you will be unable to access the Platform.
- Permanent termination β Permanent closure of your account and revocation of access to the Platform.
- Legal action β Referral of the matter to law enforcement or pursuit of legal remedies where appropriate.
The severity of the action taken will depend on the nature of the violation, its impact on other users, and whether it is a first or repeated offence. We may skip earlier steps and proceed directly to suspension or termination for serious violations.
7. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of, and is subject to, our
Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. A violation of this Policy constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in the consequences described in both documents.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
